is the fact that this phone works on ALL phone carriers

It's a software issue where the phone's volume sometimes gets stuck at a certain level and increasing or decreasing it doesn't affect the volume at all until you close the app playing music or restart the phone

The Moto G4 was pretty great at first but software issues gradually popped up

Amazing phone for the price!Although I did receive a faulty piece initially, Amazon were quick to replace it ,and the phone is an absolute gem

Worked with Motorola tech support each time and they could not solve the issue remotely and gave us a new phone.

I watch an ungodly amount of YouTube on my free time, I play this game where you walk around and find mythical animals and pretend to catch them (ahem), and I also use this phone pretty heavily for texting, email, video chat, and phone calls

Verizon has refused to get the phone properly activated so I cannot get any better than 3G connections.

Verizon refused to activate the phone claiming the phone is incomparable.

IF you happen to find a good Verizon rep, they "can" get the phone added to the database, and it will work... but good luck finding the right rep
