The only thing I dislike is the clear plastic to go over the phone.

With a clear plastic screen cover it looks like it would offer good protection

The case may be better with the clear plastic removed from the screen protector, but I'll probably return it

I had to pop out (tear out) the cheap plastic screen it came with to use my tempered glass screen protector and then the corners of the case damaged my glass

I couldn't find a seam so pulled where the hole is for the fingerprint reader and the flimsy clear plastic piece tore halfway from its frame (you can see the glue that held the two together)

The whole thing looks and feels like cheap plastic

The screen protector is made of a extremely soft plastic that will scratch with deep gouges

The back cover is just junky hard plastic, no shock absorbing properties

In hand, it does not feel "rugged" at all, and I think if I dropped my phone, the case would shatter- the plastic seems fragile.

It wasn't possible to remove the smudge, the plastic of that front cover ruins the goodness of the design - it's too soft - if it were a glass

it also makes the screen appear to have pixel like dots all over; it does not clean off with glass cleaner, so I assume this is how the clear plastic will always look
