After getting it set up with COX it worked as advertised, things per specs, then the next morning I went from 110Mbs to 10Mbs, lots of chat with COX, they too had slow speeds

Even with only locking in 16/channels for DL, I've been getting over the advertised speed for my Blast, not bad

So overall the product works as advertise, its just dealing with the IP/cable company the reason it isn't given 5 stars.
