MOTOROLA MG7540 16x4 Cable Modem plus AC1600 Dual Band Wi-Fi Gigabit Router, 686 Mbps Maximum DOCSIS 3.0 - Approved by Comcast Xfinity, Cox, Charter Spectrum, More

    • This is a great router, Internet at home is much faster now
    • Fast internet speeds to all our devices.
    • From my experience today if you have Cox Cable with Premier Internet service they will NOT accept and activate this model - MG7540
    • to Xfinity/Comcast to rent a modem for some time, and we regularly had to unplug the Xfinity unit to reset it when the internet randomly stopped working (sometimes multiple times per day) - so barring any technical issues with the Motorola
    • I like my internet now.
    • I have poor internet connection in my home, so, it doesn't really matter what I have, riight?

    • Easy to set up and it fixed my sluggish internet connection.
    • Lightening fast Internet sppeeds.
    • In addition some devices got intermittent "no internet" errors, that would later resolve
    • Recommended especially if you have less than fast internet service
    • We even purchased the better internet from Xfinity (6 times better than the previous) but performs much worse
    • Very fast internet speeds
    • Internet is very strong, and I'm even getting great signals through a thick brick outside wall.
    • The xfinity router we had was throttling our internet to about 30Mb download and about 5Mb upload, even though we were paying for ~150Mb
    • After a decade of owning two hardware boxes to enjoy high-speed internet at home, I purchased this nice little product from Motorola that combines Box #1 (the cable modem) and Box #2 (the WiFi router for wireless home networking).Configuration is always something I loathe, especially when XFinity has a hand in the process... but XFinity deserves kudos and credit for (finally) working in partnership with residential networking hardware brands like Motorola
    • Thankfully my tablet connect to the internet and right to xfinity
    • My internet works very well with no dropouts or disconnects
