This product had a problem that I did not recognize until April 14-20-17 when I called my service for internet and my computer repair service
Excellent, faster up and down, easy change over with provider, a sweet product.
Since its my equipment, Comcast wouldn't support the product.
I changed all the router settings, called Motorola, changed more settings, restarted the product, cleared my browser history and cache, dumped my computer laptop wifi settings, etc, etc, etc
This is an expensive product, but it's an excellent high end product

it would disappear from my list of available WiFi networks
Everything was great for 2 days then the 5G wifi stopped working
Wifi is great, handles our 9+ devices on the network with no problem.
I will update this if I find any reliability issue such as WiFi
- however, I never saw those speeds over my wireless network - I was getting 40-50mbps and just thought it was "normal" to just have slower wifi speeds -

Unit worked good for a few weeks, then constantly crashed
Picked up a unit from xfinity and working great so far.
THIS PRODUCT, unit stopped working after 5 months, called RCN , tech found unit bad, called Motorola at 1-617-753-0562 and they will not help , they instructed me to reconnect the unit to RCN, unit is broken, Motorola refused to accept the warranty otherwise, there is still more than one year left on the warranty.
I may have just received a bad unit, but this on top of terrible online troubleshooting and customer support is enough to make me avoid this product all together
This unit is super easy to setup and very easy to configure and understand.

I've installed at least 3 different setups over the years and this is by far, the fastest and simplest I've ever dealt with
We don’t experience any of the connectivity issues we did before
I just moved and had to transition from Fios internet to Spectrum (best available in the area) and the modem they supplied was subpar for someone who uses the internet as much as I as well as my family do
Since I just got this unit today, I can't speak for it's reliability or connectivity issues, if any

I would lose internet connection multiple times a day causing great aggravation.
I complained to Motorola and they were useless, blaming interference, time of day and suggesting I plan with the channels, which I did to no avail.
I have bought a UPS to cover the flickers and outages next time.
