I was blessed to find this Modem/Router combo, it solved my connection problems within 15 minutes, easy to install, and connected without even calling Comcast, or even connecting a USB cable, as soon as I plugged it in and turned on my computer, it automatically directed me to the Comcast website, all I had to do was click on the connect icon, and voila, I was up and running in seconds, same thing with my phone, and still haven't called Comcast
