The Pros of these Motorola T260 are the smaller size, consumer/family use look and feel if that's your preference, easier to navigate menu, large lanyard bar and micro USB charging (no cradle).The Cons of these Motorola T260 are the lower 1.5 watts max power in GMRS mode, the beep sound when hitting any of the buttons is the same at any volume and is too loud if you don't want to be heard and the digital volume control is a downer if you prefer a volume knob
