I think the design is good if it double the scale of the current product
The design of the top is thoughtful and I was able to reuse screws from the wall mounts left over on the speakers
The functionality is very basic, so if you're looking for something that "just" does the trick, then I would perhaps suggest these, otherwise you're better off looking for a better design and build quality.

The more expective ones I saw at Best Buy would be about the same quality

their base is small, its not good on carpet, and also the title piece that hold the upper pipe into the small one got broke, very cheap material

i tried to set up, i twisted the extension screw too tight an dit broke, as a result stand does not not stand tall , Material is too cheap , the holders which hold the speakers are plastic.

The one complaint I have is that the part that the speakers mount on is a cheap feeling thin plastic while the rest of the stand is metal.
this set is made of cheap plastic 2 of the stands notch broke right
If they could upgrade that piece to metal instead of cheap plastic these would be untouchable.

(??? - easier to fish the speaker wire.)Using a string with a weigh on the end, drop it down the tubes, attach the speaker wire, pull up and out of the tubes, insert in the top plastic piece or route the wire as best fits your speaker installation, replace the top plastic piece oriented as you previously marked and secure.

First time when I ordered through amazon.com it lost in the shippment
By the way feeding cable through the stand is a bitch and i had a terrible time with it.
The stands arrived in good time and we're easy to assemble
I will however mention that if you do upgrade your speaker wire cable, be aware that thicker wiring has a difficult time making it through the stand "legs"
