Pretty sturdy and good quality for the price, works fine if you have an otterbox or something thick you minght want to remove it or buy a thinner case...

The holder is working well in my car and holds my phone securely
It lasted for a week and after that the sticky grip no longer works and this device is now useless
The company replaced it at no cost to me and the second one works great on the dash of my Ford Escape
April 2018 Update: sent me a replacement which seems to be working well.
Update - Upon leaving this review, the seller sent a new 'Dual Locking System Car Mount' that is a huge improvement and works very well in the vehicle that previous model did not work in

I ordered a different Mpow product that had great reviews however due to the texture of my dashboard - we have a pebble top vinyl texture for a 2016 Nissan Sentra, the MPOW B07921XZZS kept falling off from the dashboard and the windshield- due to the heat.

The sticky gel/vacuum pad, which holds the mount to the base was also an improvement, but still not perfect because I had to use some third party product to help reinforce it.
I really like that the suction cup is very strong and it makes for a sturdy mount even for the heaviest of phones.
Using the sticky mount, this fell off our textured dashboard after a couple of days in cool weather

I had it on a smooth plastic surface for a month or so but it kept unsticking and falling off because the surface was slightly curved and didn't provide an ideal suction when engaging it
