I love my new phone mount!!

Ordered a vent mount.

This is a good mount.

The mount is very secure, but there is still a little bounce due to the fact that I'm in a pickup, and the ride isn't so smooth.

This is one of the easiest and sturdiest mounting solutions I have found (iPhone XSMax)!

The mount falls out of the CD slot about once a week though.

The mount doesn't wobble in the CD slot and it grips my phone perfectly.

The minor downside is that this mount now blocks the small LCD screen of my car stereo and partially obstructs the buttons for the preset stations

One thing though, you have to fool the CD Player as if you are inserting a CD so that the extension to support the mount will then fit further inside the CD player to give additional support

I had also looked at the AC vent mount, but in my car the vents are at odd angles and hard to get a good position to see the phone.

I recommend this over the vent mounted phone holders.

I like this mount because I can fold in the piece on the bottom left but leave out the one on the right, allowing me to plug my cable into the phone and connect to my vehicle

I was looking for an alternative way to mount my Moto X4 in my work vehicle and have tried vent mounts in the past which didn't work for me.

The mount is easy to set up, I put the rubber stickers on it, they come with the unit, just to be sure

This mount is excellent for freeing up your hands while following directions on your phones GPS.

The mount was great at first for the first week, then the sticky pad starts to become unstuck from ht amount and would slip off, causing the mount to fall

You don’t have to worry about your phone overheating as they tend to if the mount is installed in one of the fan slots and the heat is blowing onto the back of the phone

I used a adhesive backed based (did not come with phone mount) that I stuck to the top of the dashboard as a smooth mounting surface for the suction mount.
