I will definitely be leaving a seller feedback for themIt was good and useful while it lasted.. it broke as you can see in the picture.. after trying to adjust the angle of the phone.. i didn't even touch the base of it.. and did not use force or anything.. it just snapped off
I purchased this for my dad and he loves the sturdy quality of this product
But the quality is so much better and the product so much stronger.
But boy, once together it was a very great quality sturdy item
After this relatively short amount of time, I can't consider it good quality.

During that year it would pop off the windshield a few times and I would then clean the window and suction cup to reapply it
But as time went on it because loose and wobbly and shook my phone, a lot
OKAY was not into phone holders and having something in my face as a distraction this solved my problems of managing trips without having to be distracted every time a turn or exit was coming up.

There is some vibration even on the smoothest roads, but it took me less than 24 hrs to adjust to it (I mainly see the light on the screen “vibrating”, but do not hear a noise)

deep so if you have a pop holder on your phone it is a bit hard to get it to stay on.
The only two things that are disappointing are that it shakes quite a bit, even with that piece that sticks to the dash
but after it warms up a bit it works fine again
It holds the phone well, although it wobbles a little bit
Took me a bit to realize the arms were adjustable by pressing the side release button (no instructions came with it) but once discovered, love the product!

My only complaint would be that it makes a smight rattling noise when my phone isn’t in the holder.
All you hear is a vibrating noise, it is quite annoying
It makes a rattling noise once installed and it doesn't go away, but for the most part
It makes one of those constant rattling noises that slowly drives you crazy
(Family of 4) Only bad comment I have is when my phone is not on it, it makes a rattling noise, but very subtle and overall its an amazing product for the buck.
