Took me a bit to realize the arms were adjustable by pressing the side release button (no instructions came with it) but once discovered, love the product!

Once the interior of the vehicle warmed a bit, it did stick.

I attached it just under my rearview mirror, but I've noticed that it shakes a bit while driving, so if you're using it for a video message like Marco Polo, the shaking does show up

The holder rattles a bit, would be nice if it was sturdier or had additional absorption for sounds within the plastic mechanisms.

Great quality holder, it's been couple of months now and works perfectly, it does shake a little bit when of course driving on a bad condition road, other than that it just stays still, I didn't stick the little piece that comes for support that might of course make a big difference, I just don't want to stick anything on my dashboard, in general is a great quality item for the price, I live in Florida, and it has been thru the FL summer days, hasn't fall apart, melt or anything like other reviews here has shown, planning on ordering some more for my boyfriend and mom.

At 1st it would vibrate quite a bit, then I let it rest sideways on the dash
