He loves the sound quality and directional audio in games like Fortnite (I use a MUCH higher end setup, but I thought this would help him appreciate the value of headset gaming for FPS games and get away from using speakers so much, which are far inferior for positional audio in games).

The customer service team is very good though and did reach out about how they can remedy the issues I was having

It looks like these issues are addressed on their eg4 headset so if these issues are too big of a drawback I would just pick that up cause it's about the same price.

I wish I could've liked this product, but it just wasn't any good.

LED light never goes off, even if the computer is powered off.

And you cant turn off the led lights so you cant just leave it plugged in

I wish there was a way to turn the LED lights off other than unplugging from the computer

biggest Cons are getting some static when changing from volume on the headset itself, Also the LED lights on the side look neat but will never turn off even if you shut computer

The led lights are fairly dim and look nice in a dark room.

If you want a headset at a good price, a headset that is apparently durable, then go with this.
