the little door/cover over the microUSB port gets in the way, the device is clunky and poorly balanced, and worst-of-all the ear hook is a poor fit to the device so that the thing drops vertically and doesn’t stay pointed at one’s mouth (and it’s a non-standard size, so it is hard to find a replacement)
