Bought two works great, simple installation holds iphone 6 np

The clip onto my vents works ok also, just make sure you push it back on every once in awhile

The 360 degree swivel works great and holds perfectly in place

I have an iPhone with an otter box case, and the magnet works fine with the metal plate against my phone inside the hard part of the case.

The iPhone 8+ stays steady and does not vibrate or shake when mounted.

The magnet is plenty strong enough - my iPhone 8 never fell off and my dad uses this with his iPhone X without a problem

When I opened the box, I was confused at first because the product page advertised one large metal plate and one small one, but I got two large ones

Simply put, excellent mount, the first time one of these vent mounts prongs didnt

I previously had one of the smaller, round...basically cheaper style vent mount and they could not hold my Note 5 very well and definitely could not hold up to even the smallest bumps.

The only mount that finally works, since these mounts pull the vent down, i couldn't never find one to work right in my 911, this one pulls the vent down yes, but then you move the magnet up so voila, problem solved

This is hands-down the best car mount I have ever used for my cell phone (currently the Nexus 5X)

The phone is very stable in its attachment to the mount, but wobbles at the vent attachment

Magnet holds strong but phone is easy to remove when you want to.

The part that inserts into the vent clips isn't so strong

I very much like this vent magnet clip for my smartphone that I use in an older vehicle that does not have Bluetooth.

I've had the magnet holds very securely as does the vent clip

The ball joint also allows more options in positioning it vs the simple vent clips

This product works well on any car and probably any phone; however the clip that connects it to the vent doesn't lock on the vent, and because of that, it tends to come off when you try to remove the phone.

The only thing I'd wish were different, as that the clamping fingers on the back were closer together, or provided a bit more grip on the thin vent blades

If you just pull your phone the holder will eventually come loose from the ac vent

I own a chinese no brand car vent holder that i bought from the auction side for about 3 bucks

So, I would not recommend this for a "Vertical" car vents.
