By being a short base it lowers the probability of moving your A/C vents anywhere, less vibrations and really secures your phone.

It will block the vent if you have a big phone but works fine other than that.

I've affixed this to various different rental, and the only issue I've noticed is it will slide out of some model air vents that are not sturdy, causing the phone to come crashing onto the console

My phone won’t stay secure on the magnetic holder

I was thinking of looking for some rubber self-adhesive "Feet" I could use to stabilize the phone so it is supported on the edges.

My phone would start falling off and you could see it slipping while driving

This method is secure, but for a few bucks more, get the ones that just pinch your phone.

Wish the magnet was a little stronger, two different phone cases and it doesn't work for either.

The magnet is mostly strong enough but our phones still very occasionally slip off the magnet and fall off hitting a big bump

Works great to hold phone to the magnet although the metal behind the rubber grabbing fingers breaks through scratching the vent.
