The reviews seemed to be mixed, but what I can say from my own personal experience is that the Bluetooth was very easy to sync up with my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone, the headsets charged quickly via USB and the charge lasted several hours, they have good quality sound to both me and the callers, they seem to have a good distance range which was important because I wanted to be mobile around the house, are comfortable to wear, and I liked that it was a good deal for a set of 2.

I wish the sound was a little better but its a good deal.

Update:The great customer service of the seller (Patozon) allowed me to get the newer "Mpow V4.1 Bluetooth Headset" which does support media playback, such as driving directions

5 star customer service, and the new product works great!

I'm a truck driver and I work around a lot of noise I can talk and hear very good with this headset while working around a lot of noise

Problem: after only a month or so, the button on the earpiece that turns it off and on quit working and sank into the headset never to work again.
