Cheap plastic and the adjustable screws come loose real easy with road vibrations

The screw fell out & there's no way to screw it back in.

I often found myself retightenting and/or adjusting it so much so that I ended up breaking the long arm screw nozzle on the first one I got

Somehow, the screw holding the stalk fell off and it came off loose

Comes with a lot of little pieces for accessibly, falls off often and frequently, lost a small screw ( from when it flew off WHILE driving) the first week

The screw that holds the moving head keeps falling out, and the gear no longer snaps the phone in place

The screws and bolts came loose very easy.

Either it's the summer heat or the car's vibrations, but the screw at the base is too loose, and after forcing tightening it as much as I can, after a few days, the arm drops and I lose my previous viewing angle

I think the vibrations of the car loosened things and the little screw holding the extending arm fell

Problem is it's been 4 months and the screw that tightens the telescoping feature loosens on its own alot and falls out allowing the whole attachment to slide out and fall to the floor

Either way this is a great product I just wish the screw didn't come loose as easily as it does.

The only problem I have had is the screw and the small piece it screws into in the telescopic arm part that allows you to move the device closer or further from you keeps coming loose and falling out which results in the holder falling out of the base (with your phone in it which can possibly cause cracked screens) and sometimes the little piece thats inside the telescopic arm that the screw attaches to gets lost in the car

The only problem I have with it is the screw that holds the phone piece and allows it to retract in and out has come out and can't find it.
