The only thing I do not like is the basket design and removing it to empty the filter and grounds, it's not a good design.
-
Terrible design flaw!!
-
Since I only use it when guests are visiting, I put up with it since it was inexpensive, but disappointed in the Mr. Coffee brand for such a poor design
-
Basket is a bad design, just waiting for the little plastic pins to break, the old model I has was much better.
-
Great design easy to use works great
-
Bad design and is bound to break sooner or later
-
Just a couple design flaws
-
Horrible design.
-
Terrible design!
-
Have to line up tiny holes.. had to be a better design.. very flawed
-
Removable coffee basket very difficult to separate from overall unit to clean and load--faulty design!
-
Poor design
-
Simple design and works better than more expensive models.
-
Clumsy design for the coffee filter compartment.
-
Unfortunately poor design of the filter basket and lower quality materials, compared to the old Mr. Coffee 12 cup machine, mean the unit is now difficult to clean.
-
Very poor design.
-
Worst design ever
-
Bad design on this one.
-
And beautiful counter design as well.
-
The design is not well thought out
-
Poor design with cheap plastic material
-
The old Sunbeam with the basket lid opening at the top was a better design.
-
So it's quite a silly design ~ no basket to remove to discard filter and grounds
-
I like the simple design and easy to use instructions.
-
Poor design.
-
I returned the P.O.J. to Amazon and purchased an excellently designed Black & Decker 12 cup programmable and because it was on sale on Amazon saved $10.00.
-
Bad design
-
The only complaint I have is the design to take the basket off for cleaning
-
The new design is a huge pain.
-
Terrible design there
-
new design easy pour, bought two great price.
-
Nice compact, attractive design.
-
Terrible design
-
poorly designed
-
Expected a much better design product from Mr. Coffee.
-
Awful design.
-
Adding the water is also hard because of the way the tank is designed.
-
I give Amazon 5 Stars for the easy return and Mr. Coffee -1 Star for even thinking this was a good design.
-
Big huge design flaw.
-
We did not even try using the coffee maker, we just returned it because of the poor design.
-
This has a terrible design for removal and replacement of the filter basket.
-
The previous model is much more sensibly-designed, but otherwise, this is a cheap coffeemaker, its programmable feature is nice, and it gets the job done
-
While it was also made in China, it was well designed and very sturdy
-
Very cheap and poor design.
-
Just not a great design.
-
Poor design feature, that makes it seem like it will break soon.
-
My old Mr Coffee had the perfect design, but it started leaking water from the bottom
-
Also, when I spoke of the poor design of the filter basket I should have pointed out that my wife has resorted to removing just the dirty, used coffee filter on its own because of the difficulty she has removing the basket.
-
This one has a much better design
-
Terrible design flaw!!
-
Plus the coffee filter holder design is a really bad design and not user friendly
-
The design is hard to live with
-
Design fail.
-
Bad product design.
-
The design for inserting and removing the basket that holds the filter and coffee is very difficult.
-
I've had several coffee makers over the years from the same company, so I was surprised at how flimsy and confusing a design this is
-
Poor design on basket placement
-
Nice coffee maker but don’t like the filter design
-
My old Mr. Coffee worked great this is a terrible design.
-
The design of this coffee pot is poor, truly
-
The brew basket part of the coffee maker is very poorly designed, making it nearly impossible to remove used and wet coffee filters and grounds.
-
Everything functions as it should; the overall design of the coffee pot is very poor and I will never buy one like it again.
