the filter basket swings out on 2 little cheap, plastic nubs that you just KNOW will snap off before very long at all, with all the swinging, removing to dump grounds, etc

The swing out brew basket makes it very difficult to remove the used coffee filters and clean out grounds

Sometimes the machine's drip mechanism clogs with loose coffee grounds which causes coffee to overflow from the filter cup without dripping into the carafe as it should

In the past you simply swung out the assembly, lifted out the basket, dumped the used coffee grounds and dropped the basket basket back in.

Easier to use with a reusable filter than paper filters, grounds get in easy with paper.

It swings out to fill, but there is no removable basket to easily dump use grounds.

Otherwise you have to fight to get the swing basket out to clean out the grounds each time.

The filter holder always falls off from the pegs that are suppose to hold it in place which makes frustrating to empty the grounds and then fight with the pegs!
