These are great coffee pots Easy to fill

Leaks on the hot plate when you remove pot to poor as if it holds water in the bottom of the basket

I've drank out of many coffee pots, of ranging price and style, and none are as good as this pot

pot has same design flaw and does make a mess if you try to poor too fast and when pot full
