    • Otherwise I'm very pleased with design, removable water reservoir, and coffee grind basket that is easy to fill and discard grounds.
    • The coffee grinds are easy to dump out afterwards because it's removable as well.pros:-NICE design-metal carafe keeps coffee warm-countdown on digital clock shows how long coffee had been brewed-removable filter bin and water container are nice
    • The filter is poorly designed and coffee grinds get all over water purifier requiring additional items to wash daily and reducing the need for the cholrinator/purifier
    • So I decided to just use water with no coffee grinds and it leaked again
    • the removable water reservoir for easy cleaning and filling.-the whole unit looks sleek and stylish on my countertop.-like the removable brew basket for avoidable coffee ground mishaps.-thermal pot keeps coffee hot and has a push button for dispensing.-even after doing the recommended initial water-only cycles, first few pots of coffee tasted like scorched plastic
    • Coffee ground container needs re-engineering.

    • Remove the unit that holds the coffee grinds, Remove the carafe, gently move the plastic rod that the carafe pushes when u place it on the machine, look inside the opening where the coffee loader goes, You will see a nipple moving, it’s attached to the rod you’re pushing.
    • I've tried different coffee grinds, filtered water, paper filters (differing brands), reusable filters, etc.
    • But beware that if you don't place the coffee ground holder 100 percent pushed all the way in or if the pot isn't placed
    • Had to get used to this new machine, Makes the coffee quicker and adding the coffee grinds and water is much easier.
