Great machine!

I purchased and received this in July and now only three months later, the button you need to push to start the machine no longer worked

I LOVE this machine.

Very poor quality machine and pretty much useless as an alternative to a pot on the stove

It is so super easy and fast!Having this machine is wonderful if you like to make your own iced tea.

I have owned both the TM-1 (2 Quart) and TM-3 (3 Quart) and the TM-1 is a much better machine for several reasons

I love this machine because even if you don't have ice, you can still enjoy a crisp glass of iced tea in minutes by adding cold water to the freshly brewed tea

I have already made several pitchers of tea and this machine is super easy to use.

It was a great machine, but as you probably are aware, the replacement pitchers just can't be had, especially for something so old

Only thing I don't like: you can't adjust the brewing time, so some of the teas I use that have longer brewing times aren't as good as when brewed by cup -

This iced tea maker is as close to perfect as you can get

Highly recommend as it makes DELICIOUS iced tea, and a what a great wedding shower gift!

I follow their recipe (sorta) add 3/4 c lemon juice and 3/4 cup of sugar (est 3/4 cup, sometimes 1C ea) in the pitcher.
