Th card also pushed more heat into the case than my last one, so make sure to have the right fan airflow
-
The fans are also very quiet and I can barely hear anything up to like 60%
-
I had to remove the motherboard and two rear case cooling fans in order to get the card into position
-
It can play most games are 60fps with high settings and the fans are dead quiet
-
Besides that is totally quite and never over heat and with that single fan is perfect to take the maximum speed of it
-
The fans are very large as well and help with the very efficient cooling
-
To me, it seems that the fans get kind of loud during intense gaming
-
i would prefer to get the GTX 1060 mini from zotac cus at this mainstream gaming level, dual fans isn't that necessary and a more compact packaging would be preferred because it allows for better compatibility with off the shelf Dell desktops.
-
And for the sake of clarity, this has a 6 pin power plugEdit: I've experimented more with the fan speed in a quiet room, and at 70% the fan is audible, at 80% it gets louder, and at 100% it's pretty loud
-
The only thing I have an issue with is that the fans don't seem to slow down after gaming
-
I noticed that 1 fan wasn't working
-
2 fans keeps it cool under load and can handle many modern games with decent frame rates!
-
Need a fairly large tower with room to fit the two cooling fans in if you have multiple cards already in slots
-
This thing never is louder than a whisper thanks to it's oversized fans and crazy heatsink design
-
This Gpu have the best cooling fans.
-
just install msi afterburner and set the cooling fan curve and have fun
-
The card stays cool, and i believe that is because the MSI tech they use, Twin Frozr, is above and beyond most cooling fans
-
The Twin Frozr VI pipes keep the card cool while the fans remain virtually silent
-
Two fans are excellent for the cooling of the card
-
The fan and heat-sink design are great, temperatures stay easily under 50 degrees centigrade while mining
-
Checked the temps which were in the high 80's and the fan is only blowing at 50%, go figure
-
/ silent fans (nothing like the windforce Gigabyte fans / highest core clock of all 1060s available out of the box
-
Nice leds and the fan is completely silent.
-
dead silent up to 50% fan speed where after that, the fans can get noisy as you approach 100% fan speed
-
The fan is powerful but you don't even notice it's there; you can barely hear it even from inches away
-
it's stellar cooling fan system
-
But, that may also be partially the other 4 fans I have in my case as well
-
At first, I was a bit skeptical about the card because of the price when it first came out, as well as because of the fact that this was my first computer build
-
I then saw that this card was cheaper than the ASUS one (about $20-$30 cheaper) and had a rebate with it as well as being Amazon's choice for the GTX 1060 series graphics cards
-
Not a gamer, but wanted it for streaming data and sports, as well as for work with 4-5 monitors, all bundled up in an MSI Aegis
