Too bad they decided to go with a really cheap plastic attachment for whisk and frother that is very noisy and rattles.
-
Plastic in my food is simply unacceptable
-
The plastic piece where the two parts attach, broke when I tried to use it
-
The attachment part of the wand is made of really cheap and flimsy plastic
-
Poorly made cheap plastic.
-
Tried useing the wisk on brownie mix and now the piece is loose and theres a burnt plastic smell.
-
A beautiful product, well packaged in a sturdy, glossy box, brushed stainless steel? body, but cheap plastic innards.
-
After 5-6 uses, today I went to make a smoothie (banana, almond milk spinach strawberries, nothing crazy) and it began smoking, and burning the plastic
-
Broke the 2nd time I tried using it horrible the plastic on the inside of the emulsion piece snapped.
-
It started burning with a plastic burning smell at the first use
-
Great quality and looks really good since it's all stainless steel and no plastic :)I prefer blended soups rather than stew-types and this makes it so easy to make those, even rights after cooking.
-
Easy to use mixer (admittedly haven’t used the frother yet), the button and speed adjustment are simple to navigate - my only issue is the cheap plastic body that I fear will not hold up to extended use.
-
I used the whip to whip cream for a dessert, and the plastic part that fits into the motor started grinding the plastic and it ended up in my whipped cream.
-
Some of the internal parts are cheap plastic
-
I have an old plastic/composite blender unit like this one, I preferred the stainless steel version...but UNLESS YOU LEAVE IT COMPLETELY FLAT in the bottom of the container, liquid splashes out making a mess.
-
Works as it should.

Works as I expected.
