Cleaning it is a struggle and the filter isn’t that great

my first one arrived missing some filters but the seller was quick to make it right and sent out a new one immediately and returning the defective one was simple

I had an issue taking the filters apart to clean and they sent me a replacement.

Might as well throw out the filters because There are GROUNDS in every single cup you make no matter how often you clean the filters.

Some manual dripping system is good but you don't know how well those filters are to prevent high filter velocity, you want the coffee to be soaked and simmer out the flavor.

This unit is all steel and the metal screens filter the grounds out very well

I wish the plunger and mesh filters were a tad easier to clean.

The filter has been great in keeping away the grounds when I pour the coffee

The only problem I've encountered is that the top knob has come unscrewed and I can no longer take apart the bottom to clean the filter
