    • The connection at the bottom started getting finicky, and finally stopped working, but considering what we paid and the use we got out of it, I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy.
    • I bought it to replace an electric kettle I had for a few years that suddenly broke (switch connection)
    • Also recently, the electric connection from the bottom of the kettle has a problem, we are having a hard time keeping it on.
    • Since the entire water chamber is visible there are no connection points to fail & leak

    • n’t miss the lack of a keep warm function that you can get for an extra ten bucks or so from less reputable brands

    • Very efficient t safe and stylish
