After he kept throwing important things in the kitchen trash and pulling out disgusting things from the trash I gave in and came to Amazon and found this trusty beast

Now instead of opening the trash he shoves it over and drags the enormous thing around the house but at least the trash stays in and important documents stay out

These things are STRONG

I had my young Nephews over and they were not able to pry the thing open

I love these things

The only unusual thing is the seller only lets me buy 2 at a time and recently limited my account

These things work wonders!I ended up ordering another set because the toddler also kept wanting to try to go in the garage and outside without supervision

I have osteoarthritis in my tumbs and I can work these things even while being in pain

We use a combination of these along with some magnetic locks to keep things secure.

and I can say these things are a life saver!

These things work great to keep our toddler out of the fridge

So nice that it opens both sides and opening the lock is intuitive and easy (even for grandma with arthritis), but still confounds the kids (even our take-things-apart-to-see-how-they-work toddler)
