Reviews around deal (5.00 of 5)

  • can't ask for a better deal, got it during black friday week for $29.99
  • Muramasa is a great game and the special edition package is a great deal
  • All packaged in a nice little box, pretty good deal if you ask me.
  • It's worth a buy, a good deal of value for its price, and the DLC is pretty reasonable too (like $14 USD for all of the DLC chapters)

Reviews around graphic (4.70 of 5)

  • The gameplay is so much fun and the graphics are pretty impressive.
  • Best game for ps vita I have played so far ... beautiful graphics for a handheld game A+++
  • The first thing anyone is going to tell you about this game is that the graphics are absolutely gorgeous.
  • However, the beautiful graphics (and I do mean beautiful), along with the soundtrack make it less painful
  • Great sellr item is as describe, great game, I love the artworks and the graphics of the game

Reviews around action (4.64 of 5)

  • A great action oriented 2d rpg from the makers of Odin sphere and the more recent Dragon's Crown
  • Anyone looking for some solid action and awesome anime style graphics needs a game like this!
  • Seeing great artwork and action in the trailer, I purchased this game and here is what I think about it.*********************************************************************PROS*********************************************************************-Most gorgeous art/graphics and
  • This game fun initially and its graphics that favor art style are great to those who find that appealing however its constant repetitive action gets dull shortly after, and because of that in my opinion would also make replaying chapters or the entire game again less of an optimistic approach
  • Muramasa is a great action game and one of the few games of its genre in existence.

Reviews around control (4.55 of 5)

  • Very fun game, controls are good and looks beautiful on the Vita's screen (played on an OLED Vita)I'm roughly half way through it (almost done with Ninja, maybe halfway through Pandemonium), my only real complaint is that it is a bit too easy (playing on Chaos difficulty).Decent amount of depth in the combat system, though you mostly just want to use the strongest swords you have access to
  • My only complaint then was the controls
  • It has slightly enhanced graphics over the Wii version, excellent (customizeable) controls, and it looks amazing on my Vita's screen
  • Personally, I really liked Muramasa Rebirth, but I found Dragon's Crown had more to it (plus Dragon's Crown has decent multiplayer and slightly better controls)
  • For those who have this game for the Wii, there really isn't much of a difference between the 2 except that the controls are different (and a little easier actually)

Reviews around combat (4.51 of 5)

  • Online reviews also complain about the repetitive combat, again not an issue for me
  • The combat is simple and easy to grasp, but deep enough to engage you as you grow in skill
  • The game moves in an incredibly fluid manner, which allows the combat to be more precise than some other games I've played of similar genre
  • There is a significant amount of backtracking that some may find tedious but if you enjoy the combat like me you won't even notice a thing
  • Combat is fast and frenetic as it's always been, and I've not noticed so much as a single frame drop in the 25 some odd hours I've been playing

Reviews around thing (4.45 of 5)

  • This is not a bad thing though as you might guess initially, and Demonblade is more about the journey rather than a story
  • Never played this game on the Nintendo platform but heard great things about it
  • I was surprised because I don't found any option to change the language, so leaving the original voices that are in Japanese is a good thing, because many times, dubbing this kind of games cause that lose it's essence, and the game itself is awesome
  • (okay, this is a personal opinion so others might find it boring to run back and forth the same area and hearing the same music.)another thing, I hope there is a game+ if i complete the game where i can start over with bonus stats or things to carry over when i start over
  • I purchased it from PSN as I prefer things digital these days

Reviews around gameplay (4.37 of 5)

  • Better than the Wii version, this pocket version of Muramasa is a thrilling action-RPG, beautiful and fun, even if it have a repetitive gameplay.
  • Certainly this is the biggest selling point of the game and helps keep the game alive when the gameplay gets a little repetitive
  • The gameplay is so much fun and the graphics are pretty impressive.
  • Love this game, Great graphics, good story line and awesome gameplay
  • However this gameplay can get a little repetitive and you end up traveling and back-tracking a lot

Reviews around story (4.10 of 5)

  • Love this game, Great graphics, good story line and awesome gameplay
  • I highly recommend this game to anyone who loves a good story and challenge!
  • The story is a bit confusing, and is subtitled
  • Story works really well for me, but then again I have a lot of knowledge on historic Japan and folklore from the country
