Like Symphony of the Night, Muramasa is an amazing marriage of fluid 2D gameplay, beautiful graphics, wonderful music, and effective storytelling
just a few are good graphics: cool combat, smooth gameplay, sweet art, awesome abilities, an epic campaign, lots of weapons, nice music and so much more
That said, amazing bosses, music, gameplay, and glorious artwork swoop into to save the day before boredom can set in
Great game, beautiful graphics, authentic music, smooth game play, and an easy to follow story line
The graphics are pretty amazing and they go very well the incredible music of this game
Anyone looking for some solid action and awesome anime style graphics needs a game like this!
Since every review talked about the gorgeous graphic/art style, I will focus on some other aspect of the game
Not to mention that the art in the game is phenomenal and really shows a great anime style
The simplicity of game controls mixed with the beautiful art style compliments the game as a whole and makes for a nice flow of gameplay.
This game is absolutely stunning, unlike 80% of the vita library (which is all RPGs and RTS games) this is a nice button mashing beat em up with an amazing art style
This game fun initially and its graphics that favor art style are great to those who find that appealing however its constant repetitive action gets dull shortly after, and because of that in my opinion would also make replaying chapters or the entire game again less of an optimistic approach
Anyone looking for some solid action and awesome anime style graphics needs a game like this!
Definiteley recommended for people that want a nice action game for the vita.
A great action oriented 2d rpg from the makers of Odin sphere and the more recent Dragon's Crown
Muramasa is a great action game and one of the few games of its genre in existence.
Personally, I really liked Muramasa Rebirth, but I found Dragon's Crown had more to it (plus Dragon's Crown has decent multiplayer and slightly better controls)
There are a limited amount of needed functions, so the controls don't feel overloaded like many Vita games
My only complaint then was the controls
For those who have this game for the Wii, there really isn't much of a difference between the 2 except that the controls are different (and a little easier actually)
It has slightly enhanced graphics over the Wii version, excellent (customizeable) controls, and it looks amazing on my Vita's screen
The combat is simple and easy to grasp, but deep enough to engage you as you grow in skill
Combat is fast and frenetic as it's always been, and I've not noticed so much as a single frame drop in the 25 some odd hours I've been playing
i played both stories of the game and its really good to play and the combat is really easy to get used to but completing the trophy set is really difficult if u like to collect trophies
The game moves in an incredibly fluid manner, which allows the combat to be more precise than some other games I've played of similar genre
There is a significant amount of backtracking that some may find tedious but if you enjoy the combat like me you won't even notice a thing
Never played this game on the Nintendo platform but heard great things about it
(okay, this is a personal opinion so others might find it boring to run back and forth the same area and hearing the same music.)another thing, I hope there is a game+ if i complete the game where i can start over with bonus stats or things to carry over when i start over
The price was a steal in my opinion and I have only good things to say about it.
I purchased it from PSN as I prefer things digital these days
This is not a bad thing though as you might guess initially, and Demonblade is more about the journey rather than a story
