It won't work miracles, but it does make your instrument shine almost like new.

Just buy the 0000 steel wool or a specialized fret and fretboard cleaner to clean those parts of your guitar, then use this stuff on the fretboard when you are done (and the cleaner has dried) to protect the wood.

It works great, applies easy, and produces great results
Really really awesome, instant results like I had never seen
The spritz smells like candy and beads up much like Rain-X would on a car windshield, and you just rub it in the finish and anywhere you want to clean the guitar (though I would avoid the fretboard/strings and instead use their F-ONE Oil and 0000 steel wool for optimal results) and let the cleaner do it's magic

I just spray it on and use a clean cotton cloth to rub it in then turn the cloth to buff it to a nice shine
I find that one to three sprays are enough on a quality cleaning cloth.
It comes in a convenient spray bottle applicator and while the bottle recommends spraying small dabs onto a microfiber cleaning cloth, I can verify that directly applying The One to your guitar body will produce the same results
