I contacted customer support and they sent me a completely new set - both new screens with all the wires and remote control and everything - free of charge.

I am still giving it a 5 star rating because of customer support - we accidentally broke the little plastic piece on the back of one screen that clips to the velcro strap

I replied (all contact through email as good luck finding a phone number) saying why does it matter if Amazon is the seller as product supposedly includes a 1 year MANUFACTURER warranty and they are the manuf

more than 30 days now I have to contact the manufacturer (good luck with that)

and they honored a return

but I couldn't hang the DVD player in the car which would have made the product kind of useless to me

This is a really good player

The velcro strap is what attaches the screen to your car headrest so if the clip breaks then you have no way to hang the screen

The screen sometimes no work .I am scared one month later no more work

second screen did not work.

Overall it's great and the screen is great!The shopkeeper patiently solved the problem!Praise
