I use it exclusively in mono mode because we generally feed six inputs to it (mostly microphones) and it works great.
The eight inputs of the Nady MM-242 are perfect for my set-up, allowing me to route these eight lines to a stereo out to my DAW or digital multitrack.
However, would have liked inputs to be stereo with dual pots
I've essentially quadrupled my inputs thanks to this little box.

Anyway, buyer beware on that aspect (9V battery works fine til you work that out) but in terms of performance and solid build - it's as sturdy as it looks in the pics and the knobs are quality and have the right amount of adjustment resistance to hold their place properly, etc.
While this is somewhat larger than I wanted, it seems well built and functions excellently.

What we use on this bridge is satisfactory and a good deal.
My wife felt, rightly, since I already had spent a good deal of money on the BBE, that I should find the least expensive mixer possible, hence this Nady.

Its Amazing Product, you may think i just felt love with this :), very high end out put quality in stereo mode even amp is in less volume, it most useful for stage and studio, no need with sound
The product is relatively inexpensive, and does what it claims to do
, They need make it well , how ever its very impressive product, you can simply go for it, and really value for money.
A better product would have greater headroom allowance or pad switches
I'm not sure who stole the idea from who, or who to blame, the dealer or the manufacturer, but I bought this item shown in the picture, and received a very cheap product that is a NADY branded version of this Artic MM2402 mixer in the pic i attached

I got what I paid for, a very cheap, low quality mixer
I am thrilled with the performance and the build quality is outstanding.
It works in the studio as well as with my amps located in my basement.
The audio signal is clear, the build quality is solid and it’s a great price

It also cannot handle anything close to a hot signal, it is very quick to peak and distort the signal
So, I thought I would get a yamaha submixer and just balance it from a little mixer board, so I wouldn't spend a bunch of time trying to get a stable signal from my laptop through the Motif Xf inputs
It resulted in sending a weak signal even with the master up considerably
If the mixer's red "peak" lights are flashing, the signal is too strong and needs to be reduced.

I didn't plug it in, but with the "Nady" brand name I would expect good sound
Here's the key to achieving good, clean sound with the MM-242:
You will get clean, hum-free sound, and save on batteries.
When this precaution is followed, the MM-242 should work great; through mine, I have hooked up a CD player, a cassette deck, an old reel tape deck, and a modern turntable, all into my high-quality Harman-Kardon/Infinity system, and the sound is exquisite!
transparent sound - very little coloring - CAN be buzzy though, ground it if you are around florescent lights.

To avoid spending money on batteries, I went ahead and bought a standard universal ac/dc adapter which was very noisy (loud hum or high ripple dc content).
My Nady mixer with the battery has a bad hum and I cannot use it
Many on-line reviews complain that connecting a 9 volt ac adapter causes a loud hum, making it useless.
When I touch the chassis there's a nice hum (on battery power at least; it doesn't accept the industry standard 2.1mm barrel plug, and I don't have a 2.5mm plug for the power spec).
