I thought the product didn't work, and I ended up contacting HeR Interactive tech support (although the vendor of this product is a third party vendor, and any further issues should be taken up with them, but I was able to "fix" the problem before it got to that

I loved the alibi in ashes but for the other one, I don’t know if it’s my computer or the game that there was a glitch where when I go to load my saved game, the whole game shuts

Great games!The product has only one disk for both games, which came in perfect condition

you buy this product and have any issues with installation like I did, just be sure to let it install for 30+ minutes (even though it seems like it isn't working)
