    • I ended up setting the recording quality to 24bit 48000hz and wow, it sounds fantastic, there is little to no background noise, even with a fan on, its great
    • The Mic provided has amazing sound quality and the pop filter blocks all of those stray background noises i used to get in my old recordings

    • They're also less expensive and don't need extra power to operate (more on that in a moment), and they're great in environments where background noise can't be eliminated completely, but they lack the sensitivity in certain frequencies to provide a full sound to your voice
    • The condenser microphones are generally considered to be more sensitive and therefore are able to pick up nuances in your own voice or instrument better than dynamic microphones, but the downside is they are not shock-resistant, and tend to pick up background noise easier
