When I'm in the middle of a recording it simply stops working and none of the keys is functional, sometimes I even have to restart the computer to make it work ( and I have tested it on 3 different computers ) , despite that it is a great controller with very good features, it's a shame that the low quality hardware spoils what should have been a perfect controller

Even thought I love this controller the only reason for the 3 stars is that it loses the MIDI connection from time to time

It comes with Bigwig and Studio one3, and I tell you if you get this keyboard you will be totally satisfied!!This is my favorite midi controller no matter what the price, I also own Arturia keylab essential 49, but never use it because Nektar always is recognized first, and is just my go to controller!

Quality build and its very easy to find information about the product, they have their own web site with all kinds of information and support (unlike a lot of controllers out there)

In this regard the Nektar's integration with stock Logic instruments is better than my NI S49 MK2).Let's face it, unless you're a professional musician performing on stage, software integration is what really makes a midi controller useful, so in that case this is one of the best priced options you could make IMHO.

I have heard that Moog and other high-end controllers in the $2k price range have great DAW integration as well, but I wouldn't know.

Not the best pads but they aren't horrible

As people have stated, it would have been really nice if the pads were touch sensitive

I haven't really played around with the drum pads enough to know how they work, but when I first got the keyboard, whenever I would touch one, the light would change from green to red

As for function, the M-Audio had a better key feel but they were virtually the same in features.

The keys are good for fat fingers like mine, but do seem a little flimsy.
