I only buy one type of capsule (the Diavolitto, the darkest espresso roast Nespresso makes), and with that capsule and this machine, I get a cup of Cuban coffee every bit as good as I get in Miami!
The Nespresso sounded good and promised good coffee and convenience.
I'm sending it back and hoping that Nespresso fixes this problem with an upcoming unit.
