I have had the switch for about 6 months, and it is working really well !!!

It's great works amazingly well, I have 4 ports on back of router but needed more and this does the job I have equal speeds across all ethernet connections

When the product works, tech support is unneeded.

Otherwise, the switch works well, doesn't make any noise, and comes with everything needed for rack or desk mount options.

Pro tip:One comment, on several reviews, saying that their device died an untimely death, is that it is really important to have surge protection for the power to these devices

This product is working wonderfully to add all our smart home devices and not have to have a separate router that may interfere with the original one.

No one can hack into this because it's pretty much a passive device.

I have four devices running through it at home and everything works perfectly

It replaces another Netgear switch that ports went bad only after a few years.

Remember you lose one port because you need one to connect to your router.

I initially thought 16 ports was overkill but, by the time I was done, there's only one free connection.

It seems to work just fine as long as you leave the ports static and don't disconnect a laptop and move it to a different port on the same switch.

I purchased a tester thinking it might be a cabling issue, but the testing confirmed both units had faulty ports.

It does not support Wifi.

I bought this because our wifi has been terrible lately.

BaseT, many years ago, so wifi is not a big issue for me
