-
it seems like the connection takes a long time to "warm up," but after 5 minutes or so it starts to work just fine
-
like I said so far I don't have any complaints--it was extremely easy to set up and is providing a fast and stable connection.
-
Very nice 3.1 modem fast connection from server and good product.
-
As docsis 3.1 capable connections are not offered by my provider at this time, I was only able to verify its ability to connect at DOCSIS 3.0 rated speeds of 1gb/s
-
Stable connection.
-
I occasionally would just lose internet connection or port forward settings would be ignored and certain apps would have connectivity issues.

Now the modem loses connection about 10 times a day

LAG isn't aways faster in some configurations).Pros:- Most reliable connection compared to Motorola and Arris.
-
Getting great speeds and a solid connection
-
So what I really need is an isp that treats customers with respect and dignity that purposely forces clients to upgrade just to get a little bit more crap worth connection
-
While it doesn't have WiFi built in nor a full router (it only provides a single IP address to one device), it supplies a more stable connection that's faster than the Comcast supplied modem.
-
Even with multiple devices on the wifi, the connection is consistent
-
Nothing fancy, but its a solid connection for under $50.
-
Stable connection with easy to manage firmware.
-
Great connections
-
Our connection (with WiFi router, of course) seems smoother than with Comcast’s modem.
-
Small size fast internet connection, compatible with Comcast

we have two people hardwired to our internet using our router as a switch to support the dual ethernet connections since most standard consumer modems only have one ethernet port.run far away from this modem

Optimum came out and the connections were fine.

The cable modem will reboot many times and not provide a stable internet connection

I have not had any like intermittent connection or slow speeds
-
buy this as the cable rental replacement, but the ethernet port lost connection all the time
-
Provides a solid connection and great speed!
-
For casual internet browsing, it is probably ok, but if you require a solid all the time without fail connection, and have connection intensive applications
-
I’ve actually noticed a more stable connection and more consistent speeds compared to my ISP modem.
-
This modem looses connection at least 4 times a day and NETGEAR wants me to purchase a contract before they will evaluate the problem.
-
I went Online and activatEd it and downloaded the stoftware....yet the connection still is a bust
-
The connection from the Ethernet port to the laptop was laughably slow
-
and I have an even faster connection with this modem than I had with wifi
-
We immediately noticed faster connections and this was informally confirmed with internet speed tests (although I lack the expertise to determine precisely how much our speed might be limited by our router).
-
Product was defective, the Xfinity installer said it was sending a bad signal back through the lines and was ruining the neighbors connections as well
-
Lost connection to our Nest products.
-
Improved internet connection, speed and no glitches this week.
-
Netgear just doesn't play well when there is not a strong connection to begin with
-
and I've had nothing but great wifi connection
-
can't say replacing the hardware did much to improve the internet connection as the cable provider claimed it would, however, we like Netgear products & have always had good experiences in the pastl...we expect this one to be good too...
-
My connection is more reliable all over my 2 story house
-
I had Motorola Arris Surfboard SB6540 Wireless Modem but had so much internet connectivity issues over last few years that I considered switching to ATT Fiber just to get reliable connections

I lose connection
-
At first the connection is slow - I checked and was told it takes 24-48 hours for full speed for whatever BS reason
-
Do you have a fast internet connection and want to game or stream or any number of other things at over 300Mb/s
-
Not so with this modem and the outpost router, which we located on the lowest floor, where we need good wifi connections the most
-
he plays games like DOTA 2, Fortnite, League of Legends, Rocket League etc so he needs a good connection
-
just loses connection if you even touch the device

My download speeds are higher my connection is solid and no disconnects
-
but I am getting better speeds and a lot more stable connection while also being able to manage my own network with ease
-
As it was, I nearly had a satellite with no idea if it was synced or had a good connection
-
You simply call Comcast (from your cell since, if you have a landline, you'll lose connection when swapping modems), unplug the Xfinity modem, install the Netgear modem, was a few minutes, and viola, it's all set
-
And the frustrating thing about was that it showed a positive internet connection but there was no signal output from the modem which caused me to incur a costly service call from Comcast.
-
Keeps losing connection to the internet
-
The most critical reviews have a familiar theme: Orbi worked great for them but then new firmware broke their connection and they got pissed enough to write an angry review
-
This issue started around the beginning of January and initially it would happen every 2-3 days, where i would be in the middle of surfing the internet and then randomly i would loose connection

Having more channels also provides a more stable connection especially if you are part of a congested network.
-
Your sensitive/secured connections would be via that device.
-
Plugging an ethernet cable to any of 2-4 will interrupt connection in port

Much better speeds and no connections issues like the ones I had previously with the Arris one provided from the cable company

Have been using it for several months and it has never lost a connection or slowed down
-
It took less than 3 minutes to get online and my connection has been SOLID, not one drop since install, almost a week now
-
It is now Late December and I am having to power cycle (unplug and plug it back in) in order to reset it after it loses my internet connection
-
Connection and speed is working great.
-
Our connection has been more stable and consistently FASTER than with the box provided by the cable company.
-
This replaced a modem with intermittent connection failures and has been stable
-
I have a marginal cable connection that Comcast hasn't managed to fix yet; there is intermittent interference on my line (I can see it in the often too-high upstream power level and log errors in the modem's config web page)
-
All connections to the ISP are fine, the modem's internal site shows that everything is good.
-
Great connection throughout the house.
-
Have not lost any connections.
-
Fast internet connection, more than adequate for my household
-
I waited for the globe LED to go from flashing to solid indicating connection to the internet (power, up and downstream LEDs were on)
-
I have Comcast and my connection is very good even after setting up my router WiFi connection

I use these 2 in combination and I have not had any issues, like connection drop etc

their diagnostic had me completely lose connection to the internet
-
When I called Netgear, after a very long wait, I got some Indian guy (heavy accent) on a bad connection
-
n’t disappoint either
-
n’t support there 500 Mbps speed.
-
(works fine on my cheap T-Mobile hotspot).
-
n’t had issues with fluctuating signal, and I believe this is our magic fix
-
DPC3941T did!So far so good!
-
n’t had any problems at all.
