They confirmed my account and asked for the MAC number from the bottom of the new modem

Was happy with my purchase until My provider came out am I tempted to hook it up and said that the Mac number was already used and it was brand sealed box

You just have to call your Internet provider with the MAC number so they can authorize access.

Plugged it in and it worked after a brief call to my ISP to register the MAC number.

Called our cable provider, told them the model and MAC number, and was back online in a matter of minutes

It turns out that this modem has been already used the MAC number on another computer

Everything is working great and my picture is just as clear as when I had cable.

Worked as it should quick easy setup.

It works good as in I can forget about it and just live my life
