I called support , but since I was right outside the "90 day phone support" window the rep refused to help me unless I subscribe to at a minimum a 6 month support agreement for $120, even though my product was still under warranty

A month after one-year warranty expired, CM1000 unit stopped working and was replaced by Comcast.

I bought this product in October 2017 and after four months it just stopped working (the four months is important, we'll get to that in a second)
