It was not a Spectrum issue, as my neighbor's internet remained online throughout the issues with zero interruption (also Spectrum).I tried everything: software reset through the web portal, hard reset from the unit, etc

The product was confirmed dead by my ISP technician who did trouble-shooting on the device including a hard reset.

I went through all the trouble shooting, did a hard reboot/reset on both my modem and router, still nothing.

I like that it has a physical power switch on the back for easy resetting (not that I have to do that very often)

It took 2 days of troubleshooting and only worked once I used the hard reset button on the back

We use ours with the Orbi router and it’s very nice being able to turn kids WiFi’s on and off or use the timers and parental controls.

The first ID’s on the box were different than on the modem and didn’t work!

The next weekend all my TV’s stopped working because they needed to be re-activated

They checked the model number and we came to realize that this model only supports UP TO 300 mb/s!!
