We could never figure out whether the problem was CenturyLink, Netgear, or both.

I never got it installed because CenturyLink said they wouldn't support me if I had a Internet failure.

So, when my recent promotional period with Comcast expired & my attempts to haveComcast matches Centurylink 2 year pricing failed, I made the switch
