    • I love my Netgear, my devices are secured finally.
    • I highly recommend this device and any other hardware offered by Netgear!
    • ’s devices was super easy.
    • For a small home network when reliability isn't an issue, this router is otherwise nice, but if you have maybe 15-20 various devices that may be connected, and losing your network at random times is a problem, I'd avoid it.
    • Fast as promised, handles all the devices in the house, however you pay a premium price because of all the value added features like parental controls and Alexa integration.
    • I have 8 devices and all work perfectly
    • Loving the device, faster speeds, reaching farther distances
    • This device was easy to setup and is working with no problem.
    • This device even supports 80+ devices and automatically places them on either the two 5ghz or one 2.4ghz to maximize performance.
    • Horrible device.
    • This device was just not an improvement over my old Airport Extreme with N - speed
    • OS still has some bugs and need improvement but loving the device overall.
    • Wired devices work great, blazing fast and rock-solid connection
    • Now multiple devices are not a problem.
    • I run a number of gigE connections as well as several 2.4 and 5ghz wifi devices through it all day
    • Excellent device it delivers the WiFi signal I need and does a great job at reaching far and wide with it (even the 5G network)
    • It will support up to 20 devices without any drop off and run 4k streaming on 3 devices at one time
    • Handles all my devices as well as the grandkids
    • From the moment I began using the routing all of the sudden all my devices would loose connectivity not only to the internet all also LAN.
    • We were getting just enough devices and internet speed increases through our network provider that our current router couldn't keep up.
    • It is easy to install and all of my smart devices where easily connected.
    • not all devices worked with it
    • You can control every device in the house, but in a group, limit time usage, age usage, have reports etc.
    • If there is a device hardwired connected it will work fine, but wireless and trying to connect will not work
    • The range is very good and the tri-band keeps my faster devices from being bogged down by all the slow smart devices in my house.
    • I have several other Netgear devices in my house that work fine and have been in use for years
    • I'm now faced with prospect of disconnecting and reconnecting and all my smart home devices + needing to go through all the trouble of returning the defective router.
    • Maybe 48-72 hours of bliss before it went back to ignoring all devices on the LAN
    • Like fact 2.4 and 5.0 bands for smart light bulbs and other devices only work on 2.4 band.
    • I have 8 devices on this router and it works wonderfully
    • Also love the extra GiB Ethernet ports, one of the main reason I purchase this Totally Awesome device
    • Multiple devices not working each having a different set up
    • So I basically tried a faulty device at my own expense.
    • solid, fast and all devices seem a bit peppier
    • So it only shows one 5 GHz band and it automatically will separate older and newer devices so they won’t slow each other down with different channels
    • I chose this router to be able to handle my smart devices in my house being connected at the same time
    • I have multiple devices in my home, and I had improved the speed on all of them.
    • There are also parental controls, Antivirus, and a device list that can break down and pause/resume connected devices by band
    • I can see (and name) devices that are connected to my network and easily disable devices I don't recognize or just want to disconnect
    • Have up to 14 devices connected and no lag, specially when streaming or watching live broadcasts
    • Actually I can not manage my devices because all the app that is provided for that purpose simply vanished all the attached devices in my network after spending lot of time on blogs and internet the only suggestion that i found is to reset the router and some people complain that it only works for a couple of days
    • Before, I was using my ISP’s standard router and the WiFi was slow as molasses since the limit on their was only 14 devices, so once I had more than 14 everything started to slow down
    • Great device, worth the money.
    • /s read rate despite the use of a compatible 3.0 device capable of outputting 100x that (see picture)
    • I also love how it delegates speed to my devices depending on what each device is capable of and doing
    • Every device seems like its connected directly to ethernet
    • I love any device that comes with an app
    • Besides fast wireless connection, the router has 4 LAN ports, a WAN port, a USB port, so accommodates many devices including my printer, Ethernet connections, as well as all my wireless devices
    • The device is easy to connect to current router and makes all devices run faster than without the Nighthawk router.
    • It’s a very powerful and capable device, but unstable
    • Great router many devices in our household and the router is able to keep up a connection to all devices
    • I have 3 phones, 2 tablets, 2 laptops, 3 smart devices, and 3 game
    • It’s a very powerful and capable device, but unstable
    • I had an older net gear router that was not able to handle the demands for the wired cat six connection and support the wireless devices in our home
    • Perfect for gaming and streaming, love how it supports multiple devices all at once.
    • Home WiFi Devices - smart phones, Laptops, Tablets and home smart devices.
    • Great device.
    • HIGHLY recommend this device!!
    • I added a lot of smart home devices and needed the extra bands to carry all the equipment.
    • Device works perfectly.
    • The WiFi router replaced a slower device.
    • Device was a breeze to set up and everything works as advertised.
    • Our family is getting pretty device heavy, and the nighthawk is handling the load brilliantly
    • I love the features that allow you to control internet access by connected device (great feature for families)
    • Covers the whole house with ease and handles having all my smart devices connected with no issues
    • I can set timers and disable devices
    • Obviously I had received a defective device, but that kinda tells you the quality control this product goes through.
    • All my devices working better and or faster
    • I wholeheartedly recommend this device.
    • Easy set up, manages all of our family of 5’s devices well (13 in
    • Great improvement on connecting several phones and gaming devices.
    • Great improvement on connecting several phones and gaming devices.
    • do not get this router if you have smart devices
    • The 5Ghz shuts off completely and only the 2.4Ghz barely works, 25 devices is definitely wrong, I'd say cap is 15 max
    • No issues whatsoever using this device.
    • The range is very good and the tri-band keeps my faster devices from being bogged down by all the slow smart devices in my house.
    • These devices do support 5Ghz and had been connecting fine before this
    • Best device for our home
    • Operates on 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz frequencies, range is good speed is better and has an app that makes it easy to see what’s connected and gives you the ability to disable devices independently
    • This device is amazing
    • Great device to get better signals in your home!
    • Great device and definitely worth the money
    • it's a great device.
    • I would highly recommend this router to anyone looking to purchase or upgrade as it is an excellent device for the money.
    • Netgear will charge you a $30 no refundable fee to ship you a non defective device.
    • Contacted the manufacturer and was told the device is defective and they are unwilling to provide any solution!
    • My beef with this powerful device is that it's firewall does not have proper inbound filtering
    • It has the 2.4G network that has speeds up to 600mbps for older/cheaper devices as well as two 5G networks that you can have the router automatically balance all your devices between the two to get the best speed.
    • I rely on my home network for a lot of important things, such as smart devices and a security system
    • I set up all my devices in less than 45 minutes to work with this router
    • Great device!
    • Device crashed during a Netgear prompted firmware update after 8 months of use and the only support that Netgear offered was to sell me technical support at half the cost of a new modem.
    • Great device
    • Some devices only work on 2.4 Ghz, so there might be competition in your home for the 450 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band.
    • The Nighthawk device is solid and looks nice too.
    • Easy to set up, handles well all the devices in the house, and blankets the entire house (over 2000 sq ft) without any issues.
    • Supports multiple devices with no problems
    • I cant belive how good is this devices i recomend it at 100%
    • From that moment forward, the 5 GHz network could only be detected within a few feet of the device, and all efforts to reset the device failed to restore the signal strength
    • Setup was easy and simple and the device is working beautifully.
    • So I purchased this because it was supposed to be able to support multiple devices and let me tell you it doesn't
    • Love the fact that this router has 3 different guest networks so you can isolate devices like cameras or Alexa devices from your main network.
    • No lag, no slowing of speeds even when > 30 devices are sucking up the WiFi like a Galaxy eating super massive black hole.
    • With so many smart devices today this router is amazing
    • The NETGEAR Armor spotted a potentially vulnerable device on my network as well
    • This router was purchased to replace a very OLD Netgear router that was just not able to support all the devices we currently have
    • Excellent device, easy to use, highly recommended.
    • This seems to be a common problem, and not something I can live with for an expensive device
    • This device excelled at downloading data.
    • Can't wait to upgrade my compatible devices to 10GBe on the same network to really take advantage of the speed.
    • This kills my remote access to every smart device at home
    • I got this router because I wanted to support more connected devices in my house.
    • Super easy to configure, great range and bandwidth management, Easy UI with firmware update, connected devices labeling for bandwidth control and security, thus far ( 1 week) its an amazing product.
    • Fantastic unit offers great signal running six devices off no issues very happy with net gear
    • I loved this device.
    • The real benifit is the ability to run BitDefender antivirus software directly from the router, meaning that all devices on your network are protected without installing anything on your devices!
    • Nothing fancy done with them, just both set up with the same SSID which my devices have no issues navigating
    • First I thought it was a bad device, so Amazon sent the exchange and the 2nd one did the very same thing.
    • The app enables great device management
    • I have a good amount of smart devices connected to my internet
    • We even added one more smart device to the network and it is plugging along.
    • I mainly bought for the 5GHZ usage as all my devices between computers, Ipad’s, Phones, TV’s, Nest, Xbox and PS4 have the capability and the signal is far more superior compared to my ASUS router
    • Started having problems with it dropping devices from wireless several months after purchasing it.
    • I find this to be unacceptable and would think that a years worth of technical support should be included in such a high-end router (especially their flagship gaming line). All in all, it'll deliver substantial throughput if you have the right devices connected to it.
    • What I don't like about it is it seems like it can't hand more than a couple devices at once
    • What kind of a fool do you take me for, my previous router had no problem connecting my devices to the internet
    • never have problems adding devices.
    • I bash this device however Ive also doubled down on the manufacturer as Ive just returned this one and bought the upgraded model
    • Really bumped up our speed and handles multiple devices very well.
    • All of our smart home devices went offline since they were on the 2.4GHz
    • This issue is causing my $300 dollars plus smart devices not to function
    • IF you edit access page to LAN dhcp which you should if you are like me and have 30+ devices (servers etc etc ) you will have conflicts, unknown devices AND!!
    • As such, this device is useless for its intended purpose
    • So to sum up, if you need an incredibly reliable, fast and easy to use WiFi router to build out your network, this device will not leave you disappointed!
    • The NETGEAR Armor spotted a potentially vulnerable device on my network as well
    • With having a home full of smart devices it hold strong would very much recommend to friends.
    • We have ATT Uverse and as we have added more smart devices to our home we have developed bandwidth issues when streaming services like Netflix or Amazon Prime
    • Love the fact that this router has 3 different guest networks so you can isolate devices like cameras or Alexa devices from your main network.
    • It took me a bit to figure out how to do port-forwarding on the unit, as opposed to the D-Link (which severely limited how many ports you could forward.
    • I work great trust me and this one I
    • I work great trust me and this one I
    • Ok not as strong as I imagine
