I tried to work my way around Netgears websites to find a phone number to call

Cox able to supply phone number for netgear which i called and was met with the digital voice selections (and no pushing star or zero obtaining live being)

The only phone number to call for support was Amazon's.

However, if you ever need customer support, you can look in the website for a hour and still can't find the phone number to call

As for their web site - I tried for 45 minutes to log on and not being able to do that, I tried to find a support phone number on the site.

Okay, one more time - because HEAVEN FORBID there’s an actual user manual in the box or a phone number for Netgear tech support - same result

A phone call to Netgear (I had to get their phone number from my internet provider, since the website did not give a phone number) resulted in my being put on hold for over 30 minutes, at which time I gave up and went back to using my old router

Seems to me, when you click a link that says "Contact Us", it should give you a phone number or at least an email address.

This is my second nighthawk and o have not had a problem with any of them

and M though not cheap they are worth every penny if you want strong and trouble free Wi-Fi.
