    • Well on top of it being a solid, impressive solution, the tech support was amazing
    • 1 hour+ on the phone with tech support , who, after a long time and clearly no result or promise of a working device, was very reluctant to admit it wasn't working
    • Couldn't find any tech support to contact about the problem, so I returned it.
    • BUT* it took us HOURS to set up and calls to tech support
    • Tech support lousy at best

    • Fortunately I was just within the 90 days of free tech support from Netgear, after a few days of going back and forth they gave in and allowed me to return it for a replacement.
