Tech support never responded to my complaint

Easy to install, no need for tech support.

I don't care if this is the best extender in the world, DO NOT PROMOTE FREE TECH SUPPORT FOR 90 DAYS.

After spending two hours trying myself, I called then netgear tech support line.

My idea of tech support is that they want to have your item fully optimized which is usually dependent on other equipment.

I got, "no internet connection", and "no IP address" error messages, and after waiting for an hour for tech support to call me back, I gave up
