the key is slightly shorter than original but if you get it laser cut it works just like the original

It took me 20 minutes on the first one, I was super careful not to break the circuit board, then when I did the second one it was done in 3 minutes

Nice quality, has cutout Chevy logo on back which shows original logo on back of key fob which makes it look like factory original cover
its nice but the hole for the key button not positioned just right (had to modify ) but it is good quality leather and solved the issue with the rubber button covers being too thin and it looks nice

So as you break off the key ring loop, try prying in both directions before it breaks off for good, you may pry apart the shell
On the 2nd one, the shell came apart without the knife when I was breaking off the metal key ring loop
If you pry the shell open from the void of the extended 'key', you are safe from damaging the circuit board, but be careful after the shell starts to split open
