  • - it's an easy size to tuck away in a bag and doesn't feel big like a laptop
  • The Go is just the right size for me - it's iPad-sized, easily usable in one hand, especially without the not-included keyboard and also not-included pen
  • This will not replace my Surface Book Pro, but may work for meeting etc, just a great size, however the S Mode may be the killer as there are applications that I MUST have that are not in the App Store
  • The Microsoft Surface Go is a great replacement, offering so many more options and so much more power, all in a compact size for work or home

Reviews around laptop (5.00 of 5)

  • It labored a bit compared to the more powerful laptop I normally dock there, but it performed well enough that I can dock it if I needed or wanted to
  • I also had a capable gaming laptop, but found myself not using it as often as I thought I would
  • The Surface Go is a great laptop/tablet, but you really need the keyboard and Pen to make it stand out and shine.
  • I have a loaded Surface Pro, which is an amazing laptop/tablet

Reviews around quality (5.00 of 5)

  • Microsoft should make a lesser quality keyboard and pen and include it in the package, and only have to pay if you want the better-quality accessories
  • The screen has nice quality and viewing is smooth
  • Overall build quality is amazing, though!

Reviews around document (5.00 of 5)

  • It’s well documented that this is windows 10 S. A plus in my book
  • It’s well documented it will go to windows 10 home
  • As a test, I docked it once to two large monitors, a keyboard, and mouse, with multiple open Word and Excel documents

Reviews around option (5.00 of 5)

  • LTE will be a welcomed option when it becomes available
  • If you need more than the apps from the Windows App Store, you have a free one time option to take Windows out of s-mode and can then run pretty much any Windows application.
  • Click the Settings option, then scroll down and click the Advanced option

Reviews around computer (4.03 of 5)

  • It’s a solidly built tablet/portable computer that should be very useful for an active lifestyle
  • We've played games, watched videos, done our everyday tasks, and just really had a blast with this powerful computer/tablet
  • For the price it is a great computer, able to do a lot more than an Ipad or chromebook
  • I wouldn't recommend it as a primary computer unless your needs are very minimal, but as a companion for a larger laptop or desktop, it's pretty brilliant

Reviews around machine (3.22 of 5)

  • It's not an extremely powerful machine, but I don't think that was the intent in designing the Go, although for what it is, it has plenty of processing power and enough RAM to be a real productivity and entertainment tool, especially if you do a lot of travelling
  • While I did not notice any speed differences between 10S Home, 10 Home, and 10 Pro when running typical productivity apps, the latter two allow you to run apps that can slow down the machine and result in a poor user experience
  • If you can stay in s-mode this will likely be a terrific machine for you.
  • If you spend the majority of your computer time on the go, and in Microsoft Office or the Edge browser, and store most of your files on OneDrive, you could love this machine.
  • As configured (in s-mode) the machine is limited to apps from the Microsoft App Store, and these apps can provide a great user experience if you can find the apps and features you need there.

Reviews around screen (2.94 of 5)

  • usage.-Screen resolutionWhat I don't like:-Small screen.
  • It functions much like a tablet such as being a portable screen but has the windows operating system like
  • I haven't gotten much past 6 in my usage, which is while letting Windows manage my power use - which means it runs the screen a little more dim, less power to the processor, etc
  • I like:-Responsive touch screen.-Drawing abilities.
  • Light weight, bright vivid screen and peppy enough for me.

  • Go buy a laptop if that’s your desire but to knock this product for not offering something...is a false bs review
  • Your review is invalid and shows complete lack of understanding consumer needs
  • While this may sound like a negative review, I don't mean it that way - I really love it, and it has replaced my Surface Pro for all home and office productivity tasks.
