It gives good bokens and really clear shots

But takes really decent Macro shots

Also takes great portrait and landscape shots

I hate it as I have taken some awesome macro shots with this lens

Well, I now love macro shots!

Works well to get some decent macro shots.

Like any macro lens, it can take some time to get used to the focus, just keep at it though and you'll be getting some amazing shots in no time

I have used it over the past week or so as a walk around lens and got some great shots.

but I took it out to a fair and took some nice shots that were significantly better than the stock lens provided when I purchased the camera

To get great micro shots with this lens you really need to get close to your subject

I love this because it takes very nice macro shots, but also is good for close up portraits

You can still get good shots of insects with this, mind you, but it has limitations

I love having different lens for creative shots.

It also does a nice job outdoors, allowing for some really nice shots

However, to get around that use "FILL FLASH" and get the same results as VR ...... clear shots with plenty of depth of field at f/22, etc with no problem.

waiting for the camera to process each shot is annoying, and excruciating to wait even longer for it be sent to the phone (thankfully, that can be turned off), but the shots are very nice...
